Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, tech savvy Business Development Manager with Product Management skills to join our team! As our BDM, your primary responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a solid and sustainable sales strategy. Your main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into clients.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Identify new business opportunities through targeted market research.


Sales and Negotiation

  • Present the company's products or services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.


Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals.
  • Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on client needs and market insights


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in Business related to the oil and gas industry.
  • Must be hardworking, committed, and very knowledgeable.
  • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently under supervision.
  • Must have experience in closing bids and engaging high-network individuals.
  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be tech-savvy and familiar with Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to analyze sales figures and write reports.
  • Candidate should possess project management skills.
