Our strength has been bothered on the fact that we most times deploy a robust team consisting of Architects, Interior Designers and Decorators, Builders and Civil Engineers to every of our project so that all problems of function and aesthetics are balanced and solved in creative ways without compromising quality.

Job Position: Business Development Executive

Job Description

  • As a Business Development Executive at Toptek, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services to key stakeholders in the industry. Your primary duties will include:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue for the company.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Researching and identifying potential clients and market segments for business development opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other industry professionals.
  • Attending networking events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and enhance the company's visibility.
  • Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to the management team.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
