Job Description 

Our client seeks a Machine Learning Engineer with strong AI experience to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models. The ideal candidate will have machine learning, data engineering, and MLOps expertise, ensuring scalable and production-ready AI solutions. This role requires a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in AI, ML, and deep learning applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize ML/DL models for real-world applications.
• Deploy models in production using MLOps pipelines and cloud platforms.
• Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for ML workflows.
• Work with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, etc.) for large-scale ML training.
• Ensure model reliability and performance in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Conduct experiments and A/B testing to improve model accuracy.
• Work with data engineers and business teams to translate AI concepts into business value.
• Explain ML models and their impact on non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to AI architecture decisions and best practices.
• Stay updated with AI/ML advancements, frameworks, and techniques.
• Implement feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.

Eligibility Criteria 

• 7-9 years of experience in AI/ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and other ML libraries.
• Expertise in MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning architectures.
• Experience with big data frameworks (Spark or Hadoop) and streaming platforms (Kafka, Flink).
• Experience in real-time ML model deployment and edge AI.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and API development (FastAPI, Flask).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills to explain AI/ML concepts to stakeholders.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
• B.Sc or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
