About the role:
We’re seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Manager with 2–5 years of experience. The Social Media Manager will manage and develop content for various social media platforms. Daily tasks will include creating and executing social media strategies, optimizing social media presence, creating content, engaging with the audience, monitoring social media metrics, and collaborating with other team members to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube and TikTok
• Manage social media calendar and ensure timely posts
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and build community
• Track performance metrics and use insights to optimize campaigns
• Create engaging content for websites, email marketing, and social media
• Oversee social media strategy and community engagement
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, content) to align marketing efforts
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and paid advertising
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with the audience and internal teams
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
- Writing skills for creating compelling social media content
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies as needed
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
- Experience in social media management within a corporate setting is a plus
- Experience in personal branding is an added advantage.
