Job requirements:


  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, payments, or financial technology industries.
  • Deep understanding of the Nigerian enterprise market, with existing relationships across sectors
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and closing high-value deals.
  • A self-driven, proactive approach to building and scaling a sales pipeline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Passionate about customer success, innovation, and digital transformation



Job responsibilities:


  • Identify and prospect enterprise merchants through outbound sales activities, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients’ payment challenges, operational needs, and strategic objectives.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations that highlight Moment’s value proposition and business impact.
  • Build a healthy sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including product, operations, and marketing to ensure a seamless client experience.
