Events Contracts & Market Manager

We are seeking a Prediction Market Manager to lead the creation, management, and optimization of markets on GoWagr. You will be responsible for ensuring that our markets are timely, engaging, and well-structured to drive user participation. This role requires a mix of market research, data analysis, and operational execution to ensure that GoWagr offers high-quality, in-demand markets for users to engage with.

• Research, create, and launch new prediction markets and event contracts based on trends, user demand, and current events.
• Ensure markets are accurately structured, competitive, and engaging to maximize participation.
• Manage the liquidity and pricing of markets to maintain fair and active trading conditions.
• Track the performance of active markets, ensuring they remain relevant and competitive.
• Identify low-engagement markets and propose improvements or optimizations.
• Implement data-driven strategies to increase market participation and improve user experience.
• Stay up to date on trends in prediction markets, sports betting, and event contract trading.
• Monitor competitor platforms to identify market opportunities and differentiation strategies.
• Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align market creation with GoWagr’s growth strategy.

• Ability to analyze data and identify patterns that influence market activity.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quick decision-making is key.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and engage with the GoWagr community.
• A good understanding of sports, gaming, and the financial landscape.
• Experience with trading platforms or financial instruments is a plus.
