Description
- We are looking for a talented Project Assistant – Level II – Sales to join our team specializing in Sales for our PowerGen Commercial Department in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Enhancing Project Management: By applying process and project management skills, you’ll help streamline project workflows and improve efficiency.
- Supporting Project Execution: Your assistance in managing small portions of well-defined projects will ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Providing Administrative and Logistics Support: Your organizational skills will keep the project team and manager well-supported, ensuring smooth operations.
- Resolving Project Issues: By identifying, tracking, and collaborating with others to resolve issues, you’ll help maintain project momentum and prevent delays.
- Monitoring and Communicating Project Status: Your updates will keep the project team informed, facilitating better decision-making and coordination.
- Assisting with Budget Planning and Tracking: Your support in budget management will help ensure financial resources are used effectively and efficiently.

Education qualification / Experience:
- College or equivalent Degree – A minimum of BSc / HND or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to balance scope, schedule, and resources effectively to ensure project goals are met.
- Effective Issue and Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing issues and risks, and taking actions to minimize and control them.
- Resource Management Expertise: Skills in developing and managing resource plans, including expenses and headcount, to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Excellent Communication and Adaptability: Capability to explain complex topics to various audiences and integrate customer perspectives to enhance project outcomes.
