Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Graphics Designer to join the Melange team and lead the creative vision of their brand across all platforms. In this hybrid role, you'll be hands-on in designing standout visual assets while also directing the broader aesthetic strategy behind campaigns, digital experiences, and brand storytelling. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every touchpointfrom social content to product designfeels cohesive, intentional, and visually elevated. This is a key role for a creative leader who can both concept big ideas and execute beautifully refined design work that moves the brand forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee visual branding strategies for clients.
• Design compelling visuals for digital and print campaigns, including brand identity, marketing materials, and UI/UX design.
• Lead creative direction for advertising and social media content.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, design, and creative direction.
• Ability to lead projects and manage creative teams.
