To be considered, you should have...

• A bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or Project Management. A Master's degree (MBA or MSc) is a strong advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in the telecom industry, with a focus on mobile network deployment and leadership.
• Technical expertise in 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G infrastructure, including site acquisition, civil works, power systems, and integration.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
• Strong track record in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
