Network Rollout Project Manager

Your Responsibilities...

• You will develop project plans and timelines that align with both technical and business goals.
• You will coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to keep projects moving.
• You will supervise site deployment activities from installation to commissioning and network integration.
• You will proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, then deploy solutions to keep rollout smooth and swift.
• You will track budgets, resource allocation, and project performance metrics, ensuring cost-effective execution.
• You will ensure all rollout activities meet environmental, health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• You will provide regular project updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• You will swiftly troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges across multiple project locations.
  
  

To be considered, you should have...

• A Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or Project Management.
• 4â5 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, with 2â3 years in network rollout project management.
• Deep technical understanding of mobile technologies, RAN deployment, and telecom infrastructure.
• A PMP certification (or equivalent) is preferred and may be required.
• Proven proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Familiarity with RAN and Core network components, telecom regulatory frameworks, and site acquisition.
