Overview:
At LunaVax, we know that vaccines don’t move without trust. As a Community Engagement & Advocacy Lead, you’ll be the bridge between innovation and impact, mobilizing grassroots support and fostering trust where it matters most. You’ll work alongside local leaders, organize dialogue-driven outreach, and make sure community voices are heard, understood, and integrated into our vaccine rollout strategies.
This is a powerful role for someone passionate about equity, inclusion, and real-world change at the community level.
Responsibilities:
- Organize town halls, listening sessions, and local health forums
- Co-create culturally sensitive vaccine campaigns with community stakeholders
- Facilitate two-way communication between communities and LunaVax HQ
- Support rollout of health education initiatives in underserved areas
- Gather insights to improve uptake and guide program improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in community organizing, advocacy, or NGO fieldwork
- Ability to speak and build rapport in local languages or dialects
- Deep cultural understanding of community dynamics in African or LMIC settings
- Strong communication and facilitation skills

Compensation:
Estimated range: $40,000 – $70,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
