About us

At Globarman, we aim to empower tech talents to navigate relocation more clearly and affordably. We help global professionals relocate and thrive across borders — and we’re looking for an Immigration Case Manager to support our clients through complex visa journeys like the UK Global Talent, EB2 NIW, and nomad visa programs etc. We are a team of immigrants and experts who have previously struggled to navigate complex global mobility. That is why we are building customer-centric products and experiences that take the confusion out of relocation. To date, we have supported over two hundred (250) talents to achieve their relocation dreams, and we have seen talents 10x their career trajectory in a beautiful way they never thought was previously possible. The goal is to become the most trusted partner for the global workforce to navigate their entire relocation journey and their first five years of life in a new country.

Why this work is important?

Lawful Immigration is life-changing and good for the world. Skilled Immigrant talents are huge economic drivers. Reports also show that immigrants or their children founded 40% of Fortune 500 companies. Invariably, Migrant workers sent home almost $800 billion to their origin countries in 2022. Despite this perceived net positive outcome for migrants and host countries, there are many hurdles to starting a new life in a new country. Your work at Globarman can directly improve the lives of thousands of people seeking confidence in their relocation journey. This is a unique opportunity to truly “do good”.

About you

As an Immigration Case Manager at Globarman, you would help our talents navigate the complex and confusing relocation system.

You would also serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for dozens of our clients. You would help answer non-legal process questions and general enquiries from our clients. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and case lead, managing documentation, timelines, and client communication from intake to submission. You’ll work closely with immigration partners and internal teams to ensure each case is handled with precision, empathy, and efficiency. This isn’t an HR or recruitment role — it’s about empowering individuals to unlock global opportunities through successful visa outcomes.
