Clinical Operations Lead

Location: Nigeria (preferred) or Remote within West Africa

Type: Full-time

Overview:

As Clinical Operations Lead, you'll oversee on-the-ground trial operations for LunaVax vaccine programs. You'll ensure field compliance, timely enrollment, and smooth logistics from site selection to close-out.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial execution across African field sites
• Coordinate CRA activities, site visits, and monitoring timelines
• Serve as liaison between field teams and central ops
• Oversee trial logistics, inventory, and documentation
• Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH, and LunaVax protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical operations, preferably in low-resource settings
• Experience managing site staff or CROs
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Africa

Compensation:

Estimated range: $90,000 – $130,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
