The Back Office Officer will be responsible for efficiently managing client account processes and handling all types of transactions in accordance with company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of KYC and AML procedures, ensuring compliance while maintaining professionalism and diligence. Key responsibilities include processing new client applications, managing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, responding to client inquiries, monitoring high-risk transactions, and applying anti-fraud measures.
Responsibilities:
- Process applications for the opening of new clients’ accounts into the Company’s software
- Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and updated in the Company’s software
- Respond to client inquiries related to account openings or funding processes via email
- Follow the Company’s KYC procedures for all potential and existing clients
- Handle all transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, promotions/bonuses, in compliance with Company policies
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and refunds in line with established policies and procedures
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of high-risk clients and transactions
- Apply anti-fraud measures to all incoming and outgoing transactions
- Manage chargebacks and retrievals according to the Company’s procedures and policies
- Responding to client requests and inquiries related to their deposits and withdrawals via email
- Provide prompt, professional support to clients via phone, email, or live chat, resolving issues related to accounts, system access, trading, and transactions
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, maintaining a balance between client satisfaction and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s AML procedures and regulations
- Assist other departments with client fund-related issues as needed
- Respond to client inquiries related to deposits and withdrawals via email
- Perform all duties with due skill, professionalism, and diligence
- Achieve monthly targets as set by the Line Manager, measured at the discretion of the Employer
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in the financial industry, particularly in operations or back-office roles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A strategic and operationally focused mindset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively, even with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Location & Working Hours:
- Half day office / Half day from home
- 12:00 - 21:00
