About the Role 

I need a detail-oriented, organized sales and marketing assistant who can bring structure, follow through on tasks, and help turn ideas into action, to support a high-energy entrepreneur and business consultant who runs multiple fast-moving ventures. This role goes beyond typical admin work! you’ll support marketing, lead gen, social media, and operations. You’ll be a trusted partner to manage projects, build systems, and keep things moving so that no opportunity is missed and no idea is left unfinished. If you love bringing order to chaos and enjoy making things run smoothly, this is for you.


Key Responsibilities: 


 Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Write and schedule cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
  • Manage lead generation pipelines (Apollo, Smartlead, etc.)
  • Track response rates and follow-up sequences
  • Repurpose outreach for social and content campaigns

Social Media Management

  • Manage my personal LinkedIn and Company pages
  • Create and schedule content across platforms
  • Analyze engagement and adjust content calendar
  • Repurpose past wins, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments

Executive & Operational Support

  • Calendar & inbox management
  • Draft communications, proposals, and documents
  • Follow up on loose ends and close open loops
  • Coordinate with contractors, clients, and platforms

Automation & Systems

  • Set up Notion dashboards, automations via Zapier/Make
  • Build & document SOPs
  • Improve and streamline daily operations and workflows


Who You Are

You’re structured, analytical, and finish what you start

You’re tech-savvy and love organizing chaos into flow

You can work independently but communicate proactively

You understand business, from marketing to admin to execution


What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of experience as a VA, Ops Assistant, or Marketing Coordinator
  • Strong written English and clear professional communication
  • Familiarity with tools like: Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Smartlead, Make/Zapier, etc.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision


Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting U.S based or global founders
  • Familiarity with B2B service businesses or consulting firms
  • Bonus if you've built automations or run outreach campaigns end-to-end
