Job Title: Social Media Manager (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We're hiring, a highly skilled Social Media Manager to develop and implement our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms ( Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.)
3. Manage social media campaigns and promotions
4. Monitor and respond to comments and messages
5. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in social media management
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
3. Excellent content creation and writing skills
4. Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies
5. Strong communication and project management skills
6 Must reside in Lagos
