Company Manager

• Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead and motivate a team to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock replenishment.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, profitability, and brand awareness
• Handle vendor relationships, ordering, and supplier negotiations.
• Ensure excellent product presentation and a welcoming store environment
• Monitor financial performance, including sales tracking and reporting.
  

• BSc/ HND in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a gift shop or similar environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to drive sales and implement marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
