Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping Pharmarun’s culture, driving employee engagement, and aligning HR practices with our business goals. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing day-to-day HR operations while contributing to long-term organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with Pharmarun’s mission to improve healthcare access.
- Drive initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and employee engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters.
2. Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent passionate about healthcare innovation.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated and productive.
- Develop strategies to enhance employee retention and career development, ensuring alignment with Pharmarun’s goals.
3. Culture and Employee Engagement:
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects Pharmarun’s values of accessibility, affordability, and availability.
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Conduct regular pulse surveys and use feedback to drive improvements.
4. Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance review processes, including goal-setting and feedback.
- Coach managers and employees to improve performance and address issues effectively.
- Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
5. HR Operations and Compliance:
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Ensure accurate HR records and reporting using HR systems.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of programs and make informed decisions.
- Track key performance indicators such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and productivity.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
