Job Summary
The Marketing, Creative & Communications Manager at 7 Fifteen Capital Ltd will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing the company's overall marketing, creative, and communications strategy across the organization and its sister businesses. This includes 7-Fifteen and Husk Collection, a sister company focused on hospitality.
This individual will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and enhancing the company's presence in the competitive real estate and hospitality markets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high-impact marketing, a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, exceptional creative direction capabilities, and the ability to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences across various industries.
The candidate will take on key leadership responsibilities – leading a team of digital and creative professionals, spearheading innovative initiatives, and ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of its industry.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across the company and its sister businesses, ensuring each plan aligns with the objectives and the specific needs of the individual business units – from real estate offerings to other commercial ventures such as hospitality.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis across all business verticals to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, and potential market challenges.
- Set and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment and alignment with strategic goals.
- Build upon existing marketing efforts while developing and launching new initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and lead generation.
Campaign and Brand Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all channels and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, legal, operations) to maintain a unified brand image and message.
- Continuously monitor public sentiment and act as a guardian of the company's reputation.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Create and oversee digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM) to drive engagement, increase inquiries, and generate qualified leads across all businesses.
- Manage and optimize the company's and sister businesses' online presence, including their corporate website and social media profiles, ensuring up-to-date content and engaging user experiences.
- Leverage template customization tools (e.g., Canva) to maintain consistent, high-quality content across all digital platforms.
- Utilize various digital tools such as Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Mailchimp, Hubspot, WordPress, and a variety of AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Haiku, Eleven Labs and others to execute and measure digital marketing campaigns.
Content and Communication
- Develop compelling marketing materials such as brochures, advertising content, newsletters, press releases, corporate presentations, and all forms of digital content.
- Ensure all communication materials resonate with target audiences and reflect market needs.
- Innovate on storytelling approaches to capture audience attention and deliver impactful messaging.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare regular marketing and sales funnel reports for senior management, providing insights into campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Evaluate metrics to measure success and recommend data-driven improvements to future marketing initiatives.
- Leverage marketing analytics and KPIs to measure campaign performance, refining strategies accordingly.
- Optimize lead generation funnels, ensuring seamless conversion pathways across digital touchpoints.
Events, Networking, and PR
- Take the lead in planning and executing high-impact marketing events, networking events, and promotional activities to attract potential clients and partners.
- This includes commissioning events, realtors' events (e.g., luncheons), and groundbreaking/project launch events.
- Maintain relationships with media representatives, external partners, and stakeholders to amplify outreach efforts.
- Represent the organization as a key spokesperson at industry and public forums.
- Manage relationships with PR agencies, media outlets, and influencers to expand brand awareness.
Relationship Management
- Work closely with external agencies (advertising, PR, web design) to develop and execute marketing campaigns and materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry professionals to enhance brand reputation and drive positive coverage.
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, direct and mentor a team of digital and creative professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and creativity.
- Assign responsibilities, set objectives, and provide guidance to team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement professional development plans to elevate team skills.
- Champion a proactive work environment that encourages innovation, ownership, and initiative-taking.
- Provide strategic direction while also being hands-on with campaign execution.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities such as team leadership, performance-driven focus, creative direction, strategic thinking, and innovative problem-solving.
Innovation and Initiative
- Take leadership roles in conceptualizing and implementing groundbreaking marketing campaigns that set industry benchmarks.
- Drive initiatives to explore untapped markets, develop brand positioning strategies, and enhance consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute ideas and strategies for overall business growth and sustainability.
- Encourage innovation across teams by leveraging AI tools and upskilling on emerging trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree in Marketing or an MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of proven experience (with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity) in marketing, preferably in real estate or other related industries including hospitality.
- Portfolio: Must submit a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating past work, including:
- Marketing campaign examples
- Design work samples
- Content creation examples
- Social media campaign results
- Brand development projects
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a major plus.
- Hands-on experience with content creation and template customization tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is a plus.
- Expert-level experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management platforms).
- Ability to conduct market research and interpret data to derive actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer behavior.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Expertise in both traditional and digital marketing channels.

- Certifications: Professional marketing certifications are an added advantage. Candidates should possess certifications in at least two of the following areas:
- Social Media & Digital Marketing: Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate, Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce, HubSpot Social Media Certification, Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification
- Analytics & CRM: Google Analytics Certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification, Mailchimp Email Marketing Certification
Success Metrics (3, 6, and 12 Months)
- Increase monthly qualified lead volume from digital channels by at least 25% in 3 months.
- Grow social media followers (Instagram and Facebook) by 30% within the first 6 months.
- Improve website traffic by 40% and reduce bounce rate by 15% by the 6th month.
- Achieve campaign ROI targets with at least 3 high-performing lead-gen campaigns within 6 months.
- Secure at least 3 media features or collaborations with key influencers/PR partners by month 6.
- By 12 months, establish consistent brand sentiment above 80% positive through survey and online analytics.
- Develop and implement a robust content calendar and KPI tracking dashboard with automated reporting for all marketing initiatives.
