How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Drive revenue growth by managing key customer accounts and achieving financial targets, including order intake, sales, and cash collection.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and meet customer objectives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within customer organizations to understand their challenges and drive effective solutions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales experts to identify and cultivate new business opportunities across diverse portfolios.
- Lead pricing strategies and contract negotiations, ensuring competitive positioning and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor and mentor within the sales team, sharing best practices and driving professional development.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements in products, processes, and service delivery.
You have:
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in sales and account management.
- Proven ability to achieve financial targets such as order intake and sales margin.
- Deep understanding of customer relationship management and strategic sales thinking.
- Strong negotiating skills with experience in pricing strategies and contract discussions.
- A graduate or Electrical or telecommunication degree is preferred.
- A postgraduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
- Familiarity with telecom products, services, and market trends.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with a track record of overcoming complex challenges.
