As Growth Associate at Shipbubble, you will own the growth engine end-to-end — from driving installs and activations to optimizing platform integrations and scaling referral loops. You'll work at the intersection of product, marketing, and data to run experiments, ship growth features, and unlock new merchant acquisition channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the full growth funnel: acquisition → activation → retention → referral
- Drive app installs, signups, and merchant activations through data-driven strategies
- Run continuous A/B experiments to test onboarding flows, copy, and product nudges
- Optimize growth via platform integrations (e.g., Bumpa, Shopify, WooCommerce)
- Build and manage referral programs, lifecycle emails, in-app messaging
- Analyze user behavior to uncover growth bottlenecks and solve them with product solutions
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success
- Define and report on growth KPIs, including install-to-activation rate, retention cohorts, etc.
Qualifications.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing trends.
- 3+ years in growth, product, or technical marketing roles (startup experience ideal)
- Strong understanding of growth funnels, conversion metrics, and experimentation
- Experience with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.
- Product-thinking mindset: you know how to work with engineers and ship improvements fast
- Comfort working across disciplines (product, content, ops, performance marketing)
- Clear communication, prioritization, and an ownership mentality
