Job Title: Hotel Supervisor

Employment Type: Shift-based (1 day on and 1 day off)

 

Job Summary:

The Hotel Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel to ensure guests receive outstanding service and a seamless experience. This role involves supervising staff, managing guest relations, maintaining standards, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and recommend improvements
  • Supervise and support front-line staff (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, maintenance)
  • Assist with shift scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development
  • Ensure staff adhere to hotel policies and grooming standards
  • Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of rooms and common areas
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for issue resolution
  • Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards
  • Assist in inventory control, budgeting, and reporting
  • Prepare daily activity and occupancy reports for management
  • Handle check-in/check-out procedures and reservation systems if needed
  • Ensure health, safety, and security procedures are followed
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of an OND degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in hotel operations or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays

 

Salary: N75,000

Job Title: Hotel Bartenders

Job Summary:

The Hotel Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner. This role includes creating classic and innovative drinks, maintaining cleanliness and inventory, and providing a high-quality bar experience that enhances guest satisfaction and hotel reputation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and local beverage trends
  • Upsell and recommend drinks based on guest preferences
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and verify guest age when necessary
  • Greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Take drink and snack orders, and ensure timely service
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
  • Engage with guests to provide a personalized experience
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar, glassware, and equipment
  • Clean and restock bar at the end of each shift
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock
  • Assist with bar orders, deliveries, and stock rotation
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Process payments accurately and issue receipts
  • Reconcile cash drawer at the end of shift

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 

  • High school diploma (SSCE) or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a bartender (hotel or high-end bar experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of mixology and drink presentation
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with POS systems

 

Salary: N50,000
