Your Responsibilities...

Leadership & Strategy

• You will lead, grow, and coach a multidisciplinary engineering team covering backend, frontend, and DevOps.
• You will define and execute an engineering roadmap aligned with product and business objectives.
• You will champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
• You will instill customer empathy in the engineering process, ensuring features are validated before they're built.
  
  

Engineering Excellence

• You will oversee architecture decisions across our stack: Golang, PHP, MySQL, VueJS, Redis.
• You will guide the team in infrastructure and DevOps using AWS, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes.
• You will ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and high-performing across environments.
• You will implement modern engineering practices including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• You will work closely with the Product team to prioritize high-impact features and build what matters most to users.
• You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to gather insights and translate pain points into solutions.
• You will provide strategic input on hiring plans, team structure, and scaling practices as the company grows.
  
  

To be considered, you should have

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
• Deep full-stack technical expertise and a strong grasp of DevOps and infrastructure management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale user-centric platforms in production environments.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of hiring and growing engineering talent.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and leadership levels.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies is a bonus but not required.
