Your Responsibilities

  • You will assist in analyzing industry trends, expansion opportunities, partnerships, and competitive threats.
  • You will support the design and execution of experiments to catalyze growth.
  • You will develop financial models and assess the ROI of business strategies.
  • You will prepare proposals and secure partnerships with top brands, governments, SMEs, and strategic partners.
  • You will implement go-to-market strategies for business deals and partnerships.
  • You will contribute to the development and monitoring of the RTM metrics dashboard.
  • You will conduct financial analyses to measure the effectiveness of market strategies.
  • You will generate and qualify new enterprise opportunities for the company.
  • You will work closely with senior leadership and external consultants to enhance the organization's brand.
  • You will support special projects, including new market expansions, product launches, and mergers/acquisitions.
  • You will act as a trusted partner to the business, influencing strategic decisions.
  • You will ensure underperforming projects are turned around, achieving 100% of set performance targets.

To be considered, you should have...

  • At least 2 years of investment banking experience.
  • An advanced degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional finance qualifications or in-view certifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent (preferred).
  • A strong network with institutional investors and a proven track record in investments.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A global perspective with experience working in diverse markets and high-impact settings.
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making using KPIs and metrics.

Location and travel:
