About the Role:

We're looking for a data-driven and creatively bold Growth Marketer to lead customer acquisition and engagement across multiple digital channels. This role blends performance marketing with brand storytelling, i.e. helping us scale our presence while building strong, meaningful connections with restaurant owners and managers.


Key Responsibilities:

General Marketing:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive sign-ups, demos, and customer retention.
  • Deeply understand GoSource’s core audience and tailor messaging that resonates with food business operators.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align campaigns with real-time updates and launches.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Organize and represent IPC Africa at events, including product launches and industry conferences


Social Media

  • Plan and publish 3–4 high-quality posts weekly, including reels, carousels, product features, client stories, and fun educational content.
  • Grow and engage our community.
  • Run monthly campaigns that highlight GoSource’s value and client successes.
  • Stay current with trends, best practices, and use effective CTAs in every post.

Email Marketing:

  • Create and send 2–3 high-impact emails weekly (newsletters, product tips, special offers).
  • Segment and tailor content for different user groups (new, active, inactive).
  • Recommend drip campaigns and onboarding sequences to improve user activation.
  • Track and optimize performance metrics: open rates, click-throughs, conversions.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • First degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Growth Marketer or Product Marketer.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, logistics, or supply chain industries.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects.
