We’re looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking Junior Recruiter to assist the team with recruitment activities. The role will be within the Recruitment unit and will support all TeKnowledge locations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Recruiters with recruitment activities, including communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.
  • Coordinate the assessment center
  • Support with general administrative tasks within the recruitment team
  • Assist the team in screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens.
  • Participate in recruiting events.
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Other tasks may be assigned by your line manager.

Qualifications

  • Fresh university (or equivalent) graduate with strong interest in Talent Acquisition.
  • Must have completed the compulsory 1-year NYSC or have an exemption certificate.
  • Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
  • Should be tech-savvy with excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
