- Installation & Maintenance:
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems for LCNG storage and dispensing.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on pumps, compressors, and piping systems.
- Ensure proper functioning of valves, regulators, and pressure control equipment.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to industry standards, including NFPA 52, ASME, and local mechanical codes.
- Implement safety measures to prevent mechanical failures and hazards.
- Conduct risk assessments and report potential issues.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults in equipment and control systems.
- Work closely with engineers and technicians to minimize downtime.
- Maintain records of repairs and system performance.
- Operational Support:
- Assist in monitoring system efficiency and recommending improvements.
- Support automation and control system operations.
- Collaborate with engineers to enhance station performance.
- OND/HND or certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in industrial mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of LCNG station operations and mechanical safety standards.
- Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulic systems, and basic pneumatic controls.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
