We are looking for Sales Personnel to drive sales for our client, a Food Company. The ideal candidate must be ready to resume immediately and will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent market visibility of our brand in Lagos and surrounding areas.


As a key part of their sales team, you will be expected to combine both digital and physical sales strategies to increase revenue and grow market share. You must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.


Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company products to new and existing clients across assigned territories.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Execute daily sales activities, including visits, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.
  • Assist in developing strategies to increase market penetration and customer base.


Requirements

  • Minimum of a BSc in Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or similar roles.
  • Must be available to resume immediately.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
