Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential customers for banking products and services
  • Facilitate the opening of new customer accounts in line with client requirements
  • Educate prospective customers on product features, benefits, and compliance processes
  • Achieve set sales targets and report daily/weekly progress to team leads
  • Maintain professional and ethical conduct during all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve field strategies
Qualifications
  • Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
  • Prior experience in financial sales or related field is an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving attitude
