Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers for banking products and services
- Facilitate the opening of new customer accounts in line with client requirements
- Educate prospective customers on product features, benefits, and compliance processes
- Achieve set sales targets and report daily/weekly progress to team leads
- Maintain professional and ethical conduct during all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve field strategies
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in financial sales or related field is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving attitude
