Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Salary: 2,000,000 (Slightly negotiable)
Job Purpose
To manage all project resourcesincluding personnel, equipment, subcontractors, vendors, and schedulesto ensure successful delivery of projects in Lagos within budget and in compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight across project execution, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.
Monitor work schedules, set deadlines, and track project progress to ensure timely delivery.
Identify and manage project risks related to cost and schedule.
Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure alignment on progress, quality, and safety expectations.
Lead and participate in project progress and coordination meetings with clients and project management teams (PMT).
Coordinate all project functionsengineering, procurement, construction, HSE, and qualityto achieve weekly and monthly goals.
Attend kickoff meetings for critical work packages and subcontracted assignments.
Manage the interface between engineering and construction teams to ensure timely fabrication and construction activities.
Supervise vendors and subcontractors to ensure material readiness and task execution.
Review project prime contracts and relevant subcontract agreements.
Identify and manage variation orders, change requests, and commercial claims.
Hold full P&L responsibility for the project, including budgeting, forecasting, expenditure tracking, and approvals.
Requirements
Education & Certifications:
Minimum of 15 years experience in project management within the oil gas, engineering, or construction sectors.

Requirements
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- International Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (OSHACT) or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 15 years experience in project management within the oil gas, engineering, or construction sectors.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Solid knowledge of fabrication and construction processes.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in contracts and subcontractor management.
- Advanced planning and scheduling skills.
- Knowledge of quality assurance/control protocols.
- Strong understanding of HSE standards and practices.
