- You will track and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training programs, including safety training, certifications, and professional development.
- You will manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates.
- You will conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility.
- You will facilitate new hire orientation and employee recognition programs to foster engagement.
- You will oversee and execute HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leave management, and employee relations.
- You will handle employee inquiries, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution while escalating complex cases when necessary.
- You will ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best HR practices.
- You will stay updated on industry trends, HR regulations, and best practices to enhance workplace policies.
- You will facilitate timely and constructive performance evaluations to support employee growth and company objectives.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR functions, talent management, or recruitment.
- Familiarity with labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for tracking, reporting, and performance management.
- The ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
