Job Description

To coordinate and supervise all reconciliation activities of all contribution inflows and outflows through :

Supervision of Reconciliation, Resolutions & Enquiry activities

Supervision for the resolution of all uncredited contributions

Supervision and coordination of regulatory reporting requests

Supervision of enquiry management process

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree

Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting

Experience Required

Reconciliations

Operations

5-7 years

Knowledge and practical experience with using relevant MS Office programmes and systems including Intellimatch, BizWize or other reconciliations systems

8-10 years

Experience within Banking Operations environment

More than 10 years

Expert knowledge and experience at a financial institution, including an understanding of Payments products, processes, and procedures. Knowledge of the foreign exchange market and processing cross border payments, as well as and understanding of the risks associated with managing transactions in multiple jurisdictions. Relevant reconciliation experience and a thorough understanding of systems, processes, and procedures to perform and manage recons.
