- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and management, with the ability to support strategic decision-making and drive sustainable growth.
Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals.
- Prepare and manage the company’s budget, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
- Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax-related matters.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends.
- Support the management team with data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize working capital.
- Oversee investments and financial risks, ensuring optimal returns.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, ideally in a lifestyle or retail company.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
