Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Experience Executive based in Abuja, with some work from home flexibility. The Customer Experience Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and improving the overall customer experience. The role includes daily tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance customer service and support. Effective communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and internal teams.
Qualifications

- Experience with Psychology and Selling
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Proven Customer Support and Communication skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating customer feedback and trends
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience in Fashion/Beauty Industry
