Buying Strategy & Product Selection
- You will source and select best-in-class beauty products and emerging brands aligned with our vision.
- You will make commercial buying decisions that balance trend, profitability, and brand fit.
- You will track product performance to refine the assortment and boost sales velocity.
- You will identify, pitch, and onboard retail partners that support our market growth strategy.
- You will build long-term, value-driven relationships that unlock exclusive deals and first-to-market opportunities.
- You will lead the negotiation and management of commercial contracts with partners and suppliers.
- You will monitor and analyze partnership performance, using data to guide promotions and offerings.
- You will collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, ops) to execute partnership plans seamlessly.
- You will ensure all ordering and buying processes comply with internal systems and quality controls.
- You will scout for untapped partnership opportunities to elevate the customer experience.
- You will work cross-functionally to position our brand as the go-to beauty distributor in every retail space we occupy.
- At least 3 years of experience in beauty buying, product sourcing, or B2B partnership management.
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of securing favorable supplier terms.
- A strong pulse on beauty industry trends, emerging brands, and customer behavior.
- Experience managing multiple partnerships, projects, and promotional campaigns concurrently.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with inventory and order management tools, and a structured approach to buying operations.
- Creative flair with the ability to see the bigger picture and the smallest details.
