Mobile Application Developer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Developer to join our dynamic network at RocketDevs. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications across multiple platforms. You should have a solid foundation in mobile development, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in at least one modern mobile framework such as React Native, Swift, Flutter, or .NET MAUI, with a passion for building seamless and performant mobile experiences.

• Develop and maintain cross-platform or native mobile applications
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to implement intuitive, functional user interfaces
• Optimize mobile applications for performance, responsiveness, and battery efficiency
• Integrate third-party APIs and backend services
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
• Identify and resolve application bugs and bottlenecks
• Stay current with mobile trends, tools, and best practices
  

• Proven experience as a mobile developer using React Native, Swift, Flutter, or .NET MAUI
• Strong understanding of mobile development principles and platform-specific nuances
• Familiarity with mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, Redux, BLoC)
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and mobile data storage solutions
• Proficient in Git and version control workflows
• Experience with publishing apps to the App Store or Google Play
• Understanding of app performance tuning and memory management
  

• Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or Supabase
• Familiarity with SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, or XAML (for .NET MAUI)
• Exposure to mobile testing tools and frameworks (e.g., XCTest, Detox, Appium)
• Understanding of CI/CD for mobile using tools like Fastlane, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of push notifications, analytics, and mobile security best practices
• UI/UX design sensitivity and attention to detail

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in mobile app development
