Trustcrow is a Lagos based proptech company that specializes in an end-to-end platform for real estate transactions. We are building an online property platform to search, verify, purchase and exchange titles – all within your dashboard. Our service combines a property marketplace + the platform to pay for the property in a safe and transparent manner. Our focus is to protect the interest of buyers during property transactions, while connecting them with quality sellers. Trustcrow is a USA registered company with operations in Nigeria.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the entire marketing function at Trustcrow. You will craft and execute the overall marketing strategy, driving brand growth, leading the marketing team, and ensuring the successful promotion and adoption of our products across markets. You’ll own Trustcrow’s voice, shape product positioning, and lead campaigns that drive demand, user acquisition, and trust in the brand.

The successful candidate will marry these characteristics and be able to provide solutions for different business needs while exhibiting good management skills and a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, email, content, social, affiliate, influencer, and partnership channels to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms to drive user acquisition, optimize ROAS, and scale reach.
- Stay current with digital trends, tools, and competitor activity to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge
- Develop and maintain compelling product positioning and messaging aligned with market needs and customer segments.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot/CRM tools) to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and improve ROI.
- Oversee CRM, email automation, and lead nurturing strategies to increase engagement and customer retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Design, Sales) to create marketing assets, content and execute cross-functional campaigns.
- Lead the development of landing pages, digital assets, and promotional content tailored to different funnel stages.
- Provide the sales team with strategic resources, training, and actionable insights to enhance their ability to effectively communicate and sell the product.
- Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Foster product adoption, user retention, and customer advocacy through personalized, data-driven marketing initiatives and engagement campaigns.
- Contribute to and work with relevant teams and stakeholders to develop, manage and implement the digital side of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as lead volume, CAC, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, reporting campaign and lead performance weekly and monthly.
- Participate in regular departmental and cross departmental progress meetings.
- Ensure all content is compliant with relevant regulations.
- Any other duties as assigned or required by the company or the group.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educated to degree level, ideally in marketing, communications, or any other related field.
- 6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in growth-focused roles.
- Proven experience leading and executing multi-channel digital campaigns focused on quality lead generation, acquisition, and conversion.
- Data-driven mindset with deep knowledge of analytics, A/B testing, attribution, and funnel metrics.
- Creative thinker and problem-solver with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Energy, enthusiasm and proven experience in producing digital content and digital best practice.
- Proven experience delivering measurable results in high-growth environments.
- High level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - can clearly explain marketing ideas, data, and outcomes to marketing stakeholders.
- Strategic, yet hands-on. Comfortable jumping into campaign execution when needed.
- Creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
- Deep understanding of digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, content strategy, CRM tools).
- Able to deliver a range of concurrent projects, on-time and to budget.
- Ability to work well in a high-energy, fast-paced environment either independently or with a team.

Salary: N500.000 - 700,000 gross monthly.
