Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Organization:

Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including front-end and back-end developers, AI engineers, and data scientists.

Set clear project goals, timelines, and milestones.

Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that encourages creativity and accountability.

Conduct regular team meetings, code reviews, and performance assessments.

Innovation & Feature Ideation:

Drive product innovation by identifying emerging market trends and technological advancements in AI and full-stack development.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to conceptualize, validate, and prioritize new features and improvements.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications that align with the company’s strategic vision.

Full-Stack Development Oversight:

Provide technical guidance on both front-end (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Django, Flask) architectures.

Ensure seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-end systems.

Implement scalable, high-performance software architectures.

LLM (Large Language Model) Expertise:

Guide the development and fine-tuning of LLMs for applications like chatbots, virtual assistants, and language processing systems.

Understand the limitations and strengths of models like GPT, LLaMA, and similar architectures.

Oversee the integration of LLMs into full-stack solutions, ensuring robust data pipelines and optimized APIs.

Project Management:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and risk assessments.

Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to final deployment.

Use agile methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner.

Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management:

Implement quality control processes to ensure projects meet the highest standards.

Identify potential risks early and develop proactive mitigation strategies.

Continuous Learning & Growth:

Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, machine learning, full-stack development, and LLM advancements.

Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Experience:

5+ years in technical project management with a focus on AI, full-stack development, and LLMs.

Proven track record in managing complex technical projects, from ideation to deployment.

Technical Skills:

Full-stack expertise, including front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails).

Deep understanding of LLMs, including model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and API integration.

Proficiency in cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices.

Leadership Skills:

Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Ability to motivate teams and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Tools & Platforms:
