LexLance is Nigeria’s leading legal marketplace. We connect people and businesses to verified lawyers, but that’s not all. We also help companies find the right legal/compliance talent when they need it.


Our Business Development team needs a Junior Customer Relations Associate to help manage outreach, follow-ups, and simple comms. You don’t need a CV full of achievements. You just need time, energy, and brains. We’ll train you. You just need to show up daily, consistently, and ready to grind.


What You’ll Actually be Doing


Reach out to 15–20 cold leads daily across LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp, using provided templates, then tweaking them like a copywriter.


Follow up with people who didn’t reply. Again. And again.


Tweak messages when needed. Your writing should sound like a person, not an AI with WiFi problems.


Log every move on our CRM. If it’s not logged, it didn’t happen.


Join quick stand-ups, brainstorm replies to hot leads, and help close warm prospects.


Work 6–8 hours daily (on weekdays). If you’re juggling too many things, this won’t work.


You will need a learning mindset. You’ll be trained. You may mess up initially but you’ll get better.


You Should Be


A strong writer. If you can't write a DM that gets opened, this isn’t for you (You also cannot sound like ChatGPT)


Reliable. If you're inconsistent or can’t stick to a routine, we’ll know.


A little obsessed...with tracking leads, with tweaking subject lines, with learning what works.


Naturally organized. If your Google Drive looks like a tornado hit it, keep scrolling.


Hungry. This role can grow into full biz dev, sales, or account management. But you’ll earn it.

You ghost when overwhelmed.


You take feedback like a drama queen/king.


You need hand-holding for everything.


You think “professional” means stiff, robotic emails.


But if you’re eager, available, and can write and reply with sense, then apply.
