Role Summary:
As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll engage prospects, understand their needs, and introduce them to our services. Your goal? Build relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals that bring value to our clients and growth to our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and manage outbound/inbound calls, emails, and walk-ins.

Identify potential clients and match them with suitable digital marketing services.

Explain service offerings clearly and persuasively to prospective clients.

Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of sales interactions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns.

Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferably in marketing or agency settings).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in pitching and objection handling.

Results-driven mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and communication platforms.
