Job Title: Growth & Operations Associate

Compensation: Base pay + commission

 What You’ll Be Doing

Sales & Customer Growth

 Identify and reach out to potential customers

 Close sales for solar products and installation services

 Follow up with leads and manage client relationships

 Earn commissions on each closed sale

Operations & Coordination

 Schedule and organize team and client meetings

 Document meeting notes and ensure followups

 Handle basic paperwork, quotations, and admin tasks

Brand & Online Presence

 Manage the company’s LinkedIn account

 Share updates, success stories, and respond to inquiries

 Support in preparing sales and marketing materials

 What We’re Looking For

 Good communication and people skills

 Organized, selfmotivated, and eager to learn

 Comfortable with basic tools like Google Docs, Canva, or WhatsApp

 Experience in sales or admin roles is a plus (not required)

 Interest in clean energy and startup environments
