Remote Marketing Agent – BNPL Customer Acquisition

About the Project

EduLight Consulting is launching a flexible Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) platform to help Nigerians own essential tech and energy products—Phones, Laptops, and Solar Devices—with convenient installment payment plans. This project aims to bridge the affordability gap and improve access to productivity and energy solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for Remote Marketing Agents who can drive customer acquisition by promoting and facilitating purchases of mobile phones, laptops, and solar power products through our BNPL service. You’ll work online and within your network to find people who need these products but prefer to pay in installments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard customers who want to purchase phones, laptops, or solar devices via our BNPL platform.
• Promote specific product offers from approved partner merchants.
• Explain the BNPL process to potential customers, including pricing, repayment structure, and eligibility.
• Use WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, SMS, and word-of-mouth to market offers and close sales.
• Guide customers through the signup and application process.
• Report weekly performance metrics: leads, signups, purchases, and feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to refine marketing strategies based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Prior experience in marketing, affiliate sales, or customer acquisition is an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Smartphone and reliable internet access
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook, and other digital platforms to engage prospects
