About the Role

Flylane (By Educate Online) is looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Strategic Support Associate to work directly with the Head of Africa. This role combines executive support, proposal development, team coordination, and operational enablement. You’ll also play a key role in managing our Sales Referral Network, helping track their progress, answer questions, and ensure they’re delivering on their enrollment goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Work closely with the Head of Africa to manage projects, follow-ups, and research
  • Support the coordination and performance tracking of Sales Referral Ambassadors
  • Prepare and format professional documents, proposals, and presentations
  • Conduct market research and school profiling to support partnership development
  • Maintain CRM records, lead trackers, and dashboards
  • Coordinate communication and scheduling across multiple teams
  • Support students and partners by sharing accurate program info and updates
  • Assist with light graphic design or social media materials (optional)
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working independently and reporting daily progress
  • Strong with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar)
  • Experience with CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Airtable) or fast learner
  • Detail-oriented and professional in formatting documents
  • Based in Lagos, Abuja, or Port Harcourt
  • Stable internet and electricity access for hybrid work
  • Bonus: Canva or basic graphic design skills
