Key Responsibilities:
- Provides insights on market trends, client behaviors, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement AI-enhanced sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market presence.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the oil & gas value chain (upstream, midstream, downstream).
- Leverage AI-driven analytics to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead proposal development, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align product offerings with client needs.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring KPIs and targets are met.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Petroleum, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification in AI/Data Science is a plus.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven experience in sales within the oil & gas sector.
- Proficiency in using AI tools and CRM platforms to drive sales performance.
- Strong understanding of oil & gas workflows and operational challenges.
- Knowledge of AI concepts such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and digital twins.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and AI-integrated platforms.
