In continuation of its expansion and growth, the company is seeking a dynamic individual as the Sales Manager.

Job Summary:

Our client seeks a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Manager who will harness the power of AI and advanced analytics to lead its sales operations. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in sales strategy, data-driven decision-making, and customer relationship management within the oil & gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides insights on market trends, client behaviors, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement AI-enhanced sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market presence.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the oil & gas value chain (upstream, midstream, downstream).
  • Leverage AI-driven analytics to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead proposal development, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align product offerings with client needs.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring KPIs and targets are met.


Key Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Petroleum, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification in AI/Data Science is a plus.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proven experience in sales within the oil & gas sector.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools and CRM platforms to drive sales performance.
  • Strong understanding of oil & gas workflows and operational challenges.
  • Knowledge of AI concepts such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and digital twins.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and AI-integrated platforms.
