The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Back-End Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic, fast-growing team. You’ll play a critical role in building scalable back-end systems for intelligent platforms, including AI-supported customer communication tools and virtual assistants. Your work will power systems that automate calls, analyze conversations, and manage real-time interactive experiences.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a product-led, fast-paced environment where performance, stability, and clean architecture are critical.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure back-end systems for real-time AI-driven platforms.
- Integrate advanced AI models (NLP, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, LLMs) with backend logic.
- Design and maintain APIs for seamless communication between front-end, AI models, and third-party tools.
- Optimize performance for real-time data processing and conversational intelligence.
- Ensure data privacy, integrity, and system security across distributed systems.
- Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, AI researchers, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with thorough documentation.
- Minimum 5 years of back-end development experience with Python as a primary language.
- Proven experience working on AI-integrated systems or intelligent digital assistants.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, microservices architecture, and API development (RESTful or GraphQL).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL) and scalable data structures.
- Familiarity with AI/ML model integration (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, custom-trained models).
- Passion for building products that operate in real-time environments (calls, chats, user interactions).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with voice pipelines (e.g., Twilio, WebRTC) or chatbot frameworks.
- Prior work in customer support, healthcare, or communications-focused applications.
- Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
