This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related discipline
- Bring 3+ years of proven success in ELA teaching or curriculum development, with concrete evidence of improved student outcomes
- Possess fundamental coding knowledge in any programming language
- Show hands-on experience with AI applications in educational contexts
- Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities in interpreting and applying data insights
- Excel in communication, with the ability to make complex language concepts accessible to diverse audiences
