Job Summary

  • We are looking for a well-presented and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our automotive company.
  • The ideal candidate will handle front office operations, greet customers, manage phone calls, and ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the reception area.
  • This role is vital in creating a positive first impression and supporting overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome walk-in customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls or route them to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide basic information to customers about the company’s services, vehicle models, and service offerings.
  • Schedule customer appointments for sales representatives or service advisors.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Manage the reception logbook and maintain visitor records.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and customer record updates.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols at the front desk.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.sc degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • 1–4 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (e.g., printers, phone systems).
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with automotive terminology or dealership operations.
  • Experience handling CRM or appointment scheduling software.
