Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Admin & Accountant to handle both administrative and accounting responsibilities in our automotive company.
- This role combines day-to-day office management with core finance duties such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of administrative operations while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting internal controls.
Accounting Duties:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor petty cash and bank transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting, tax preparation, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized records for contracts, employee files, and company assets.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
- Support HR activities such as attendance tracking and leave management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar Admin & Accounting role, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Tally) and MS Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial principles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Experience working in an automotive dealership or service center.
- Knowledge of inventory and vehicle documentation processes.
- Familiarity with tax filings and regulatory compliance in the automotive sector.
