Reports To: Finance Manager / General Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Admin & Accountant to handle both administrative and accounting responsibilities in our automotive company.
  • This role combines day-to-day office management with core finance duties such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of administrative operations while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Monitor petty cash and bank transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist with budgeting, tax preparation, and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Administrative Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized records for contracts, employee files, and company assets.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
  • Support HR activities such as attendance tracking and leave management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar Admin & Accounting role, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Tally) and MS Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial principles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in an automotive dealership or service center.
  • Knowledge of inventory and vehicle documentation processes.
  • Familiarity with tax filings and regulatory compliance in the automotive sector.
