Essential Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, resources, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans that outline project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Progress Tracking & Status Reporting:
- Conduct and lead structured status meetings to track progress and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Utilize advanced project management tools to provide comprehensive and accurate status reporting to stakeholders.
- Regularly update project sponsors on risks, bottlenecks, and critical project decisions.
- Risk Management & Issue Resolution:
- Identify potential project risks and issues early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Lead the process of managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring that adjustments align with overall project goals.
- Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met.

Qualifications And Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
