As we scale our business, we are seeking a result-driven Sales Manager on a contract basis to generate leads, close sales, and mentor our in-house sales intern.


Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager who can take ownership of our sales pipeline, drive new business opportunities, and guide a sales intern through hands-on mentorship. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, deliver measurable sales results, and train the intern on client engagement, pitching, and deal-closing strategies.


Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and grow the company’s revenue.
Generate high-quality leads and convert them into active customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales goals with outreach campaigns.
Track and report key sales metrics regularly to management.
Provide practical, structured mentorship and training to the assigned sales intern.
Review and assess intern’s performance, provide feedback, and develop their skills in sales communication, CRM usage, and client handling.


Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in B2B or tech-related sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer acquisition, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in coaching or mentoring junior sales staff or interns is a strong advantage.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
